Lee on NFL changes, Vick, and more…

Michael Vick
Q) If you were inducted in to the Pro Football Hall of Fame, who would you choose to present you?
A) That’s the question; I would love to have the opportunity to make a decision on that! Although I would have to give that some thought!

Q) What’s your opinion on the new 2009-2010 NFL rule changes?
A) I believe the changes are good, I think its going to be interesting how the low hits on the quarterback are going to be called. I hope it doesn’t take any aggression away from the game play though.

Q) How do you feel about Michael Vick signing with the Philadelphia Eagles?
A)  I think it’s great to have Michael Vick back in the NFL, with a big market organization. I can’t wait to see him play.

A) A winner and a class act doing so

Q) If not football, then what?
A) I don’t know what I’d be if not for football, maybe somewhere in the science field.

Q) This season do you feel the Bill’s will be more successful in the Red Zone than last year?
A) Yes I do think we will be better this year in the red zone. It has been a point of emphasis for us because we have been so unsuccessful in the past. As well as making key additions to that will benefit us.

All in the Hands

slider02
Q: You have consistently throughout your career had some amazing catches. What do you believe makes you different from other players in how you’re able to make these plays?
A: Its all about playing the ball and being aggressive to it, and sometimes you can make the catches that aren’t always practiced.

Q: Is it really all in your hands? Or are there other important factors that aid in the ability to make these types of plays?
A: Its part of it because you have to have a lot of confidence in your hands, and trust you can use your hands to make tough catches

Q: What is your upper body workout routine?
A: I do a lot of shoulder work and a lil chest on various freestyle machines

Q: Do you workout any different for your “receiving” arm?
A: I don’t really a have a receiving arm I try to train them both equally to be able to catch with either hand.

Q: Do you find yourself protecting your catching arm when you sleep? Like maybe with the comfort of a custom-made feather pillow (j/k)?
A: No I’m actually a pretty wild sleeper and my arms are all over the place

Q: Okay, so maybe you don’t have a custom pillow (that you claim) but do you have any superstitions or must-haves before a game?
A: Yes the things that I do in the locker room before the game, stretching, getting taped ect… Are always in the same order.
