A: I was very excited and happy to have ended the process.

Q: What were your main reasons for wanting to stay in Buffalo?
A: The character of the people in the organization and that starts from the top with ralph wilson to the staff and of course my teammates in the locker room. The potential of our team, and the fans!

A: My wife

How do you feel about being 4-0?
I’m very excited about 4-0 its a great feeling, the team is finding ways to win by coming together.

What do you think about your next opponent Arizona Cardinals?
The Cardinals are a very good and dangerous football team. The Jets put up a lot of points on them last week so we know their defense will come out and play a lot better against us.

What do you do to get ready each week for the game? Do you have a routine?
I do have a routine. I like to get to the locker room a couple of hours before the game, listen to my ipod which has my gameday music playlist on it, get stretched out, go over the gameplan one last time, then get ready to roll.

What’s your pre-game meal you always eat (just for fun)?
I usually eat fruit, eggs and breakfast potatoes, also get fluids
